Milestone Decision Process

In accordance with DoDI 5000 Series, provide Service Acquisition Council and DAB full spectrum support for:

  • Kick-Off Guidance Letter 

  • Establishment of Required Documentation

  •  WIPT/ IIPT/ OIPT 

  • Staffing Issue Resolution 

  • Final Milestone Event 

  • Issuance of ADM.  

Cost Estimating

Develop Program Life Cycle Cost Estimating  (LCCE)  leading to POMs and hence the President’s Budgets, Congressional Reporting follow through (SAR, DAES, MAPR).  Continuous monitoring of budgets and cost with Earned Value Management (EVM) and with Defense Contracting Management Agency (DCMA) compliance.  Proposal development and evaluation, Basis of Estimate (BOE) development and analysis.

Proposal Support

Full Spectrum support for Government and Industry in Acquisition Planning for RFP development and Industry response.  Telling the winning story in the performance of the acquisition life cycle that answers the mail of Statement of Objectives (SOO), Statement of Work (SOW) and Work Breakdown Structure (WBS).  Development of Management Volume with Integrated Master Plan (IMP), Integrated Master Schedule (IMS), Basis of Estimates, and Best and Final Offer.   Business experts for proposal progress assessment team (Red Team) for effective evaluation of Management and IMS Volumes for Source Selection Evaluation Board advisors for best value analysis of proposal.
